Tariffs
Current tariffs can be viewed for each room by clicking on the check availability button.Please note that the rates are based on a minimum booking of two nights and include breakfast.One night bookings are subject to availability and are charged at the rate of $230 per couple including breakfast.Please phone to check on availability.
Bookings
We require a 50% deposit to secure the booking and the balance is due and payable on arrival.Payments can be made using our secure credit card facility when booking online or arrangements can be made over the phone using credit card(Visa or Mastercard) direct deposit or money order.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits can be transferred to another date within three months if cancellation occurs more than 14 days prior to the original booking.If cancellation occurs within 0-14 days or failure to show for the booking 100% of the total tariff will be forfeited.
Check-in times are from 2pm and check-out times are from 11am.
The property is not suitable for children or pets and smoking is not permitted inside the cottages.
